SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our sales team and the exciting journey of growing a small organic beauty company.
As a Sales Development Representative you'll play a key role in expanding our brand's presence in various retail locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and reach out to potential wholesale accounts via cold calling and emails to promote our products.
Build and nurture client relationships with excellent communication and customer service.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure long-term account success.
Develop simple sales strategies to hit targets and grow our brand.
REQUIREMENTS
Enthusiasm for beauty and a positive attitude with a drive to succeed.
Strong communication skills, including comfort with cold calling.
Sales experience a plus but not required.
Quick typing abilities for efficient emailing and CRM updates.
PAY
Base salary
Generous commission for significant earning potential (no caps)
