57 WAYS TO DO GOOD (AND FEEL GOOD) WITH RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS

White coffee mug that says

The world can be a stressful and scary place at times, but there is still so much more light than darkness, and one of the ways we see this in day-to-day life is random acts of kindness. Even the simplest and smallest act of kindness has the power to transform someone’s day (and sometimes, even that person’s life). Not only do random acts of kindness benefit others, but they also benefit you as well by bringing one of the purest forms of joy. Selfless acts fill the soul with contentment and help you create a deeper connection with others and yourself. Plus, these acts are contagious, so you’re very likely to inspire others, which will then lead to even more kindness and goodness being spread throughout.

So how do you go about performing random acts of kindness? Fortunately it’s more doable than you think. It doesn't have to be a grand gesture; even something as simple as holding the door open for someone can make a difference. If you don't know where to begin, start by doing one thing from this list each day and see how impactful a little bit of generosity can be. Inspire more people to give and we can slowly make the world a better place, one act of kindness at a time.
