Elderly Man Gets Lessons On Hair And Make-up To Help His Struggling Wife

A devoted 79-year-old husband visited a beauty school to get lessons in hair and make-up to help his “beautiful” wife who can no longer get ready by herself.

The gentleman walked into Alberta’s Delmar College of Hair and Esthetics and told director Carrie Hannah that he wanted to learn how to use the curling wand.

City Of Bruges Places 40 Public Wheelchair-friendly Picnic Tables

With the 40 wheelchair benches, the City pushes maximum accessibility forward. "We invest heavily in our public domain so that all users can enjoy it. We lay out small squares for the children, we renew the roads, we create meeting spaces...

The roll-out of the wheelchair picnic tables is a positive signal to vulnerable people. We also want to give them the opportunity to discover and enjoy our public domain. We are putting out 18 tables now and foresee an additional order. There will be a total of 40, spread across the inner city and boroughs," explains alderman Mercedes Van Volcem.

6-year-old Cancer Survivor Receives Heartwarming Welcome Back To School

After spending months in the hospital, it was finally Nathan Herber’s first day of school.

Nathan was only 4 years old when he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in 2018. He had to leave his school in Rochester, Minnesota, to undergo aggressive treatment at the nearby Mayo Clinic.

Kitten Clings To Sanitation Workers Who Rescued Him From Garbage Bag In The Nick Of Time

Monday morning seemed like just another day when William Montero and John Kase, sanitation workers of New York City Department of Sanitation, started their routine route in Queens, New York.

While they were picking up garbage bags and tossing them in the back of their truck, suddenly, they heard a meow. "My first thought was 'I hope this is a toy I'm hearing.' Unfortunately, it wasn't," Montero shared with Love Meow.
