6 High School Football Players Combine Their Strength to Rescue Injured Woman Trapped in a Wrecked Car

A Georgian woman is thanking her stars that it was nothing less than a group of buff high schooler football players who just happened to be passing by her when she needed help.

Together they leant their strength to pry open the jammed door of the woman’s wrecked car, which allowed the rescuers to access the badly injured driver.

A man with autism opened a cafe with his family during the pandemic. Now, they're helping young people with disabilities enter the workforce.

Jacob McFarland loves making and bringing his parents coffee — earning him the household nickname "Barista Jake," which spread to the rest of Norristown, Pennsylvania. And now the 21-year-old, who has autism, has his own cafe.

'He's with them still': Family reunited with message in a bottle written by their late son decades ago

A Mississippi family has been reunited with a message in a bottle written by their late son 33 years ago.

"Love never goes away," said Eric Dahl, 68.

Eric Dahl, wife Melanie and son Chris traveled about 200 miles from Oxford, Mississippi to meet the shipyard workers in Vicksburg who found the bottle during an otherwise ordinary salvaging trip on the Yazoo River. The bottle was completely intact and still remained sealed.

Bubbles are the best thing in the world if you're a toddler. Giggling behind bubbles that you just can't seem to catch can provide hours of fun. But sometimes, imaginary adventures with bubbles can lead to real discoveries, and that's exactly what happened to a Georgia toddler named Ethan Moore. The 1 1/2-year-old was chasing after bubbles in his yard when he became an unexpected hero. His bubble chasing led him to a missing woman that local rescue teams had been looking for.

Birth of endangered red panda cub is a “symbol of hope” for the species

Since Disney Pixar released the animated feature film Turning Red earlier this year, interest in red pandas has blossomed. This is excellent news for the species since they’re classed as endangered on the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s red list. Currently, fewer than 2,500 remain in the wild.
